Partners + Napier: Cheap
Only Partners + Napier employee and visitor parking. Parking here will result in a large fine and your vehicle will be towed. Think about that. Was it really a good idea to park here? You knew you should have paid the five bucks to park in the lot next door, but your inner cheapskate took over. You may not have wanted to pay the five bucks -since you're cheap -but now you have that fine to contend with. And your car has been towed. Here's a word of advice: you get what you pay for.
